The Nigeria-British Chamber of Commerce has elected Akin Olawore as the new president of the body.

The  new president who has made outstanding contributions to the growth and development of the real estate industry in Lagos, and by extension Africa was hosted by the Lagos branch of the association at an event which took place at Omenka gallery, Ikoyi, Lagos on Thursday 17  August ,2017.

Prior to his election, Olawore was one time chairman of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) Lagos state branch.

 
The colourful event had in attendance Dr. B.J Patunola Ajayi ,National President Nigerian Institution  of Estate Surveyors and Valuers,  Esvarbon chairman Esv. .Olayinka Sonaike and other stakeholders in the industry.
