Youths Clean-Up Delta Community after EndSARS Protest
Youths under the aegis of concerned Niger Delta youths have commenced the voluntary cleaning of some hot spots which experienced heaps of debris during the EndSARS protest at Effurun, in Uvwie local government area of Delta state.
The youths came out early this morning after the state government relaxed the curfew with the new time now from 8 pm to 6 am, to remove debris from drains around the busy Effurun roundabout.
Speaking on the exercise, the youth leaders said they want to use the energy used during the protest to clean-up the entire environment, as the council chairman commended them for the gesture.
The youths promised to ensure that bad eggs are flushed out among hoodlums infiltrating their ranks to carry out criminal activities.
