UI insists on admission for 4,000 students
The Vice-Chancellor, University of Ibadan, prof. Idowu Olayinka has declared that the institution cannot admit more than 4000 students for the new academic session.
Speaking with journalists at the sideline of an event in Ibadan, prof. Olayinka disclosed that there is no issue with the admission procedures of the institution stressing that there is no going back on the 200 cut off mark and the post-UTME examination.
Prof. Olayinka who appealed to parents and admission seekers to show understanding maintained that the institution is limited in the areas of infrastructure and personnel.
