Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has sought the urgent approval of the National Assembly for $1.49 billion foreign loan requests by 10 states. The states include Ogun, Ondo, Kaduna, Kano, Ebonyi, Plateau, Abia, Katsina, Jigawa and Enugu.
