Oyo state government has assured residents of even development just as it says the era of political budget has gone.

Governor Seyi Makinde who gave the assurance at a town hall meeting in Ibadan towards the preparation of 2020 for the state called for the support of the people.

The town hall meeting held at OgunLesi hall was to seek inputs of the people of Oyo south into the 2020 budget of the state.

Governor Seyi Makinde in his remark says the present administration is committed to fulfilling all its electoral promises within the available resources in the state.

He revealed that his administration is currently designing a 20 years development plans for the state which required the support of all stakeholders.

Other stakeholders at the town hall meeting commended the administration for his commitment to the welfare of the residents and promised their continuous support.

A similar meeting has been scheduled to take place in the remaining two senatorial districts in the state.
