Niyi Osundare tasks Buhari on insecurity
Literary critic, Prof. Niyi Osundare has expressed dismay about what he called poor body language of President Muhammadu Buhari to the lingering crisis between pastoral farmers and herders in the country.
The university don in an interview with correspondent Kunle Ojo in Ibadan says the state of insecurity in Nigeria has become a major source of concern even to those outside the country.
He charged President Buhari to come out clear and declare his position on the matter in the interest of peace and unity.
Prof. Osundare appealed to the Miyatti Allah and the people in the southwest to set aside all forms of suspicion and understand that Nigeria is greater than any selfish ambition.
