Pat Utomi urges leaders to tackle mental health
A Professor of Political Economy and Management Expert, Pat Utomi has revealed that the biggest challenge confronting Nigeria at present is the mental health of the youths.
Utomi who linked the challenge to the increased poverty level, challenged political leaders to tackle the menace with all the seriousness it deserves to ensure a healthy nation.
Utomi made this known at a Lecture, organized to herald the activities lined up for the inauguration of Ogun State-Governor elect, Prince Dapo Abiodun and his Deputy, Noimot Salako-Oyedele
Speaking on "Good Governance and Public Administration ", he urged the governor-elect, Dapo Abiodun to make the difference by tackling corruption, unemployment, and security with all the seriousness they deserve.
He also advised him to provide quality medication, health care and constant training and retraining of civil servants.
In his response, Dapo Abiodun pledged to submit himself to the will of the people, assuring that he would invest massively in human capital development.
