Liverpool has confirmed the signing of Takumi Minamino from Red Bull Salzburg.

Minamino, 24, underwent a medical, and agreed personal terms with the Premier League leaders on Wednesday after they triggered his £7.25m release clause.

Jurgen Klopp is delighted to have secured a quality addition to his squad as Liverpool seek the glory at home and abroad in 2020. He believes Minamino will add plenty and expects the Japan international to adapt quickly to the demands of the Premier League.
