Presidential Amnesty Office Empowers 20 Ex-Militants in Delta.
Twenty ex-militants otherwise referred to as ex-agitators have been empowered with welding and fabrication equipment by the presidential amnesty office in Warri Delta state.
The ex-agitators which includes leaders and foot soldiers drafted into the amnesty program during the Late President Musa Yar,adua,s tenure, are also beneficiaries of the monthly stipends by the federal government.
Speaking on the gesture by the federal government, the ex-agitators and their leader thanked the president, while also promising to empower restive youth.
Items given to the ex-agitators includes welding generators and machines as well as fabrication tools with an undisclosed amount of money as start-up capital.
