The assistant Inspector General of police in charge of zone 14 AIG Yahaya Sahabo Abubakar says the Nigerian police force to establish special intervention squad which will help restore normalcy to the prevailing security challenges in Kaduna state and its environs.

AIG Yahaya says kaduna state happens to be center of gravity in northern nigeria and due to its closeness to the Federal capital territory makes it strategic.
He says the Nigerian police force led by kayode Egbetokun is putting on strategic measures to protect lives and properties in the country.

In his address the commissioner of police Kaduna state CP Ali Audu says in the last one month the police have apprehended and made arrest of various form of criminals in the command.
He however emphasize that the Nigerian police force will not rest until all form of arm banditry, kidnapping, cattle rustling comes to an end
