Industrial Action: LASUTH Doctors Embark on Indefinite Strike
The Association of Resident Doctors, Lagos State University Hospital has on Monday begun an indefinite strike.
Speaking to Galaxy's Valerie Chioma in an exclusive interview, the public relations officer of the association, Doctor Toluwani Orungbeja said the strike is to press home their demands which have not been met by the Government.
According to him, the removal of medical and dental interns from the scheme of service labelling them as students is a negative development and insists that they would not call off the strike if the circular is not withdrawn.
