Armed men suspected to be kidnappers have abducted a catholic priest Rev. Fr. Andrew  Anah from the sacred heart parish at Obomkpa community, in Aniocha North local government area of Delta state.

The kidnap is coming few days after the Delta state governor Ifeanyi  Okowa decried the alarming rate of kidnapping in the region.

The incident marks the second time the priest will be kidnapped in a spate of one year after he was released last year with an undisclosed ransom paid.
