The coalition of northern groups says it is concern over a publication of amnesty international on issues that has to do with Lekki massacre and EndSARS protest.

The groups say even though the EndSARS protest started peacefully, it later degenerated into an unlawful gathering leading to the death of some policemen and vandalization of private and public properties.

Comrade Abdulazeez Sulieman, while reading the letter of Colation of northern groups to amnesty international says even though international laws protects freedom of speech and association, it doesn't legitimize violence and disruption of lives and properties.

The group, therefore, emphasis on the need for Nigeria to remain peaceful, saying it has drawn the attention of Amnesty International on the importance of Nigeria as a country to be united and peaceful as an example to other African countries
